I am a dedicated early childhood leader and educator passionate about inspiring children to become innovative, confident, and independent thinkers. As the Senior Educational Director of Our Kids Place, I oversee curriculum, instructional quality, and staff development across multiple early childhood programs, fostering nurturing, high-quality learning environments for children and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Long Island University. My work focuses on teacher mentorship, equitable practices, and building strong educational communities where both children and educators thrive.
